Purple Property can undertake specific defect inspections. This type of survey will be limited to no more than two specific defects identified by the client. Fees will depend on the location, age and type of property but will normally be calculated on an hourly rate (plus travel expenses and disbursements).

Purple Property can produce expert witness reports on defective works if clients seek to make a claim against builders defective works.
